1. I don't play Aardwolf

2. I didn't post to bash you. The site is cute, but you can't sit here and deny that the design isn't extremely similar to Aardwolf's. I doubt they'll mind, they're a large popular MUD.

3. I have to agree with Hephos about the flash, makes the site not very user friendly at all.

It's funny that you said that, because it does prove a point .  It would prove difficult to read your post, join up to Topmudsites right away and post a reply within a few hours of your original post.  Why?  Because registration to write on the boards at topmudsites takes a few days:

-First you submit your username, password, and email address.  
-Then you can read the boards without any problems.  BUT, you have to wait a few days before you can write a post.
-Finally, after a few days you are cleared to write a post, only then can you post a reply to someone.

There’s only way that I could have joined up to topmudsites just to post a reply to your original note, and that’s time travel (or a special connection inside of topmudsites, but I’m not that lucky).

I've never really cared to post a reply, or a new note in the past.  I registered a few days ago in case I chose to get active in discussing muds, and decided that this might be a good one to post to.  

My reply was innocent enough, well innocent enough when coming from me; but it seems to put you on a high offensive, one which causes you to attempt to degrade someone.  No offense taken, if that wasn’t your intentions, just providing a general observation.

I've never played Aardwolf before, but I have looked at all the websites in the top 30 or so ranks, most of them stick in my mind; and so did yours, for a reason other than originality.

Since I do not represent Aardwolf when I speak, your assumption seems to attack an innocent party.  I only mentioned the name of the site in question, I never said that I played on that mud, or was part of the staff.

All arguments aside, and snide comments put into the past, I wish you good luck with your mud, and your website too.

I'm sorry for being rude, I was in school and was studying for an exam .  Anyhow, our layout is totally different, and if you see we have flash, and basically, there are thousands of sites out there...The only thing we have is the News thing, I looked at our site, and Aardwolf's, the only similar thing really is the news.  The news will probably be removed anyhow.  Our site, by my standards, is very different than that of Aardwolf's.  As for the flash, well, we're going to work on creating a non-flash environment, but most people do have faster internet connections and such, but as I said we're going to work on a non-flash website as well.  Anyhow, later.  If you'd like to stop by at our mud it is aod.slayn.net port 3000.
