This is a discussion on "What Im looking for" in the Top Mud Sites Advertising for Players forum : Can anyone point me to something similar to DartMUD? I would play that, but I use the computer of another. He is scared of getting a killer virus in his email so he won't allow anything but web based accounts. Theese are not allowed at DartMUD so I can't legally play.... |

That's what anti-virus protection is for, and your friend does realize that viruses don't care if it's Outlook/Thunderbird or a web based email right? In fact web based emails are probably MORE prone to it as it's easier to get the email address of a web based one than a personal email. For example, @yahoo.com creates you a nice little profile that can easily be found by anyone with a web browser.
