I wanted to expand a bit on the advancement system, as it has been expanding recently, and the players seem ot be excited about its flexibility.

Essentially, earning experience through various means will often produce rewards unique to that method. For example, a character who is very exploration-oriented will earn rewards related to covering long distances, improved vision, gaining insight about especially rare objects, recognizing odd features about a location, etc. A character who achieves in terms of commerce can earn new skills related to doing business.

Also, we have a large staff, and most veteran characters (especially the most interesting ones! see multiple custom interactions, so the awards for roleplay are relatively frequent (and have been increasing in magnitude and frequency in recent months).
