can someone name a MUD that fits theese requirements:

1 Has at least 1 non-humanoid (non-elf, non-dwarf...) race

2 Has a type of fighting where no equipment is necessary

3 If you leave a city you dont have to go back to be able to advance. (constant training is not required)

4 you aren't gonna die if you don't eat every 30 minutes

5 it is impossible for players to be attacked by other players or an induvidual player can remove himself from pking

6 unless your MUD follows ALL of this please don't use this space for shameless self-advertising

I misread your PK requirement. For some reason I thought you said it needed to be POSSIBLE to attack another character.

Since UL has possible PK, obviously it doesn't fit your list. Apologies for the mistake.

Otherspace might be an interesting change of pace for you. You didn't specify genre or hack and slash vs. roleplaying, but it's a rp-required sci-fi game.

1. We have about a dozen playable races and no fantasy races.

2. Martial arts, brawling, clawed combat, and boxing are all viable and used means of combat.

3. Advancement can be done anywhere on the grid.

4. Eating is not required.

5. A player can basically choose his involvement in the death and destruction trade by what trade he picks up. If you decide to become a merc , assassin, or marine, that's going to involve you in PK. Other professions, not so much.

Dang.. So close... Sadly, where I play 2 is "not yet" and 3 is, sorry, but yeah, unless you are a Necromancer, since there are two places with guilds for them... Doesn't mean someone might not code a guild with both those characteristics, its just hasn't happened yet.
