BlackMUD Player Wipe - 1 May 2004

This is a little late, but I just received my log in information. It is still very early and it is still a great time to get a fresh start with a lot of other players.

Since the current player file has been in place for over two years now, that traumatic, yet thrilling time has come again. Today BlackMUD will experience what is commonly called a 'pwipe'. This means is that ALL characters in the game are deleted and everyone starts anew.

For new players this is an ideal time to join a MUD that has been going strong since 1993. We have over 26000 quality rooms in over 75 distinct zones and continue to add newer and better areas all the time. Check out our Mud Connector listing (search for BlackMUD) or our website (www.blackmud.com) for other details.

For current players, there will be 'final' Quest(s) beginning around 1PM EST (6PM GMT).

Details on what new features will be in this version of BlackMUD can be found in the Announcements section of the BlackMUD Forums found at http://www.blackmud.com
