I currently co-run a WoT MUSH: MirrorsMUSH.
At this point, the game is not yet ready for normal players, but I am allowing the testing and trials of Special Characters, or MCPs. MCPs are people like Rahvin, Ishamael, Rand... you get the idea.
The only requirements are thus:
You must be a friendly, kind person, who is willing to RP till their gums bleed. And not only RP, but RP with talent, thought, consideration, and a mind for creating plotlines. On MirrorsMUSH, players such as this are held in extremely high regard, and will be treated as such.

I apologize for my ambiguity in my earlier post, but the MUSH had just recently come back online, and I did not know which players wanted to come back, and which had found other places to play.
Here are the special character's available at this time:
Rand, Perrin, Aviendha, Lan (We *really* need a Lan), Faile, Rahvin, Sammael, Asmodean, Semirhage, Fain, Alviarin, Siuan, Mat, Elayne, Egwene, Moiraine, Min, Moghedien, Ishamael, Balthamel, Demandred, Graendal, Elaida, Tuon, Cadsuane, and Logain.
If you are interested in RPing *any* of the above characters, or a minor character from the books, well, read the above post on contacting me (email would be ideal, as I may not be on all the time) I want these 'special' characters set up and running before the MUSH opens to normal players.
