The planet Waldheim, a German-influenced colony world that has been totally out of touch with what's been going on in the greater galaxy for centuries (and therefore has citizens who would have no clue about the events that have shaped OtherSpace for the past five years, making such characters quite friendly to newbies in the universe), is now open and online in our chargen center.
I owe a HUGE debt of thanks to Volskywalker and Khamura for the work they've done (and are continuing to do) on this project. The planet isn't officially spaced yet - but will be soon.
