Due to our active building staff, the size of Athens has more than trippled since we opened for beta-testing. With over 30,000 unique rooms (no stock areas used) to explore, mythological monsters to face, great cities to see and the armies of the city-states, there's so much more to see and do now.
On behalf of the staff at Athens, I'd like to welcome any new players into our mythological realm! |

It looks interesting, but I wish you would employ a hierarchy of the dieties. Right now, Poseidon is among minors like Nemesis and Achilles, and Hades/Pluto is not even among them!

We had a Haides for a while, but unfortunately he chose another path. The gods choose their own deities, but all 12 olympian gods are available for worship within the game. Thanks for checking us out!

I guess my main issue is that Achilles is considered on the same rank as Poseidon, when Achilles wasn't a god but a mortal.

Achilles was the demi-god of Strength. However, if you check the wizlist now, you'll notice he's no longer listed under Gods
