I'm wondering if there's any mud out there with a Starship Troopers/Aliens-esque theme going on. Not a full on Star Trekkie or Star Wars mud, more like a mission-based mud where you join a squad of marines coming down onto a planet amid constant war, maybe you can pick an alien race and attack other planets too, that sort of thing. As you develop perhaps you can get other soldiers under your command, upgrade weaponry, command drop ships and swarms of bomber bots. Hilarity ensues.
