This is a discussion on "Lusternia: New Cities!" in the Top Mud Sites Advertising for Players forum : Lusternia has opened up two new cities, which players have been waiting literally years to see! Both cities were lost in the Taint Wars hundreds of years ago and, in a climatic event last month, they returned to the time stream and were released. Hallifax is a floating city, founded by Lucidian and Trill upon a philosophy of order, structure, hierarchy and harmony. The city touches upon the Elemental Plane of Air and the Cosmic Plane of the Continuum. The only guild available right now is the Aeromancers Guild. Lusternia: New Cities!
Lusternia has opened up two new cities, which players have been waiting literally years to see! Both cities were lost in the Taint Wars hundreds of years ago and, in a climatic event last month, they returned to the time stream and were released.
Hallifax is a floating city, founded by Lucidian and Trill upon a philosophy of order, structure, hierarchy and harmony. The city touches upon the Elemental Plane of Air and the Cosmic Plane of the Continuum. The only guild available right now is the Aeromancers Guild. The Great Pyramids of Gaudiguch were built by the Dracnari race. The city itself embraces freedom, individuality and liberty as the higher ideals for which its citizens strive. The city touches upon the Elemental Plane of Fire and the Cosmic Plane of the Vortex. The only guild available right now is the Pyromancers Guild. I'm really thrilled about the new cities, which have generated a great deal of enthusiasm among the playerbase. New guilds are planned and the roleplaying foundation is being set. If you want to get started on the ground level of a new city, now is the time to check Lusternia out! |

Sounds like a cool addition, but you've made me curious - is there some special reason behind using Aeromancer, Pyromancer and Geomancer for air, fire and earth, but Aquamancer (rather than Hydromancer) for water?

Heh, not really beyond that I like the sound of of the word Aquamancer better than Hydromancer!
