MND is going to enter development once again to try to move further towards its targeted goal.

MND is not your typical MUD. MND stands for Muds and Dragons. Muds and Dragons is being designed to be the codebase for a network of Dungeons and Dragons based MUDs. The development of the MUD has been ongoing off and on since 2003 on the current custom type base. It is SocketMUD based for the core system and custom everything else.

We currently need all positions and play-testers that would like to help out:

C Coders / MysSQL - need to know C and basically create plugins for the game (stand alone code). Like if you're doing the Intro System, you'd write a basic ID_DATA addin that would realistically work in any base with the addition of the Linked List and a few other support functions use. All coders will get their own shells to work on.

PHP Programmer / Webmaster – Need to know php, mysql, & phpnuke. This job will be for the WebOLC, Displaying character and other game information on site and account setup, and duplication of the member system to create the web authors and the mudside accounts for registration

Builders - Right now the "building" aspect isn't really in but there will be need for very descriptive buildings. As the forestry and general stuff will be autogenerated, builders will be only needed to help add to the lists and to build descriptive and elaborate landmarks and buildings.

Writers - Writers are needed for other descriptive and informative parts of the MUD. This includes all Help files, Dreams, and other stories and stuff that come along.

Public Relations - These people will help make posts and research forums and posts to help advertise the game and the requesting for staff. This person needs to have good grammar and spelling skills.

Play-Testers & Idealists - There is always room in development MUDs for users to hang out and just throw around ideas as the MUD is being developed. This helps the growth of the MUD and gets great players that become helpers in the game as well as RP Gods (As we have them).
