Advertising for Staff

I'm very excited to announce that Lux Aeterna MUD is currently online at luxmud.org, port 2222! The entire thanks goes to our tireless builder, Maddy, who has already installed several new features, and is currently working on many more.

Now we need builders to help make this project come to life. Our current system is the highly intuitive, new-builder-friendly CircleMUD OLC. If you are new to building, we will be more than happy to help you learn.

We have one very exciting, although not required, feature for our builders. Variable mud descriptions! Maddy has built in a tag system that allows us to make the room description change based on anything from the time of day, the weather, your character's age/stats, gender, level, or even which guild you join! This tag system is similar to, and no more difficult to use than, the system used on every forum for creating bold, italics, or underlined words.
