This is a discussion on "Divine Right ROM 2.4b" in the Top Mud Sites Advertising for Staff forum : Divine Right has been up a year this upcoming August. We're not as advanced as we'd like to be, but we have outlasted several hundred other muds that started with all the lofty goals and dreams but without any realistic plan to get there. We have switched servers once, from a free server to Kyndig.com. Which is one of the best mud servers I've had the privilege to work with. Due to some in real life problems we lost a couple of our key staff and some builders for us that were in college went away ... |

Divine Right has been up a year this upcoming August. We're not as advanced as we'd like to be, but we have outlasted several hundred other muds that started with all the lofty goals and dreams but without any realistic plan to get there. We have switched servers once, from a free server to Kyndig.com. Which is one of the best mud servers I've had the privilege to work with. Due to some in real life problems we lost a couple of our key staff and some builders for us that were in college went away for their summer vacation, back home. We are based upon the ROM 2.4b codebase, we have OLC, mob programs, a great theme, a mapped world, a great start on our codebase, stability (haven't crashed yet), and we have two working codebases, one of which we perfect the code on and the other we use just for builders. So there is no downtime for the builders due to coding mishaps. So drop by, check us out, talk a little bit with the staff online, and apply if you'd like. Hope to see you soon!
