This is the age of the apocalypse. It is the final age of mankind. The world is going straight to hell, mankind is dying and no one cares. Everybody is too busy killing their neighbours for food, religion and every other ****ty excuse they can come up with. We are being killed. Not by aliens. Not by some sinister fiends. Mankind is dying and has only itself to blame. War. Pollution. Plague. Everything. Man have one hundred twenty days to live. After that, the end. The final end. No more friends or enemies. No more love or hate. No more hope or despair. Only cockroaches. The End. The time for equality. When we are all blackend corpses, our money, power and prestige wont make a difference anymore. Maggots treat everybody the same. Goodbye humanity. Stay where you are. We don't want you back. Out of Time is a Multi User Dungeon game. It simulates close quarter fighting, adverturing and politics in the final one hundred twenty days. You take the role of a power monger, an individual whose sole thought is to be on top. To rule. To enforce his agenda. To save the world. To destroy it. Your goal is power and to get that you will do anything. It is a desperate time and desperate measures are needed. Like all powermongers you are completely unaware of your limitations. You have no idea that mankind will cease to be. Maybe you have delusions of grandeur and want to save it. After all, mankind is the supreme being that is destined to rule all nature and eventually conquer even death, right? Your destined to rule. To rule the funeral pyre. -------------------------------------------- So far the background story from a mortal point of view. The mud features a well documented theme and we want to lay focus on a well described rp environment, but with the possibilities to hack and slash, quest, explore, pk, whatever.
