This is a discussion on "Realistic Medieval MUD" in the Top Mud Sites Advertising for Staff forum : Theme: Realistic medieval theme with addition of down-toned fantasy. Our prime goal is achieving a very high quality roleplay environment without reducing gameplay factors. Good grammar and spelling is a demand, as well as samples of work sent in with application. Recommended age: above 16 years old. Zones can be given to builders or constructed from their own ideas. Nah realistic simply states that zones are created with research in mind, no semi-true creations. Also it means quite a lot when looking at code, one example, fighting and get hurt = you fight with less ability etc. Connect the medieval and realistic term might have been a mistake /Taniquetil |

And by all means don't forget the quaint medieval custom 'Droit de Seigneur', meaning that the Lord of the Manor had the exclusive right to the first night with every female on the estate. Could make for some 'interesting' roleplay...
We have an entire zone on our mud where every kid in the village is the spitting image of the Baron of the castle nearby. *snicker* I just love realism in muds... |
