This is a discussion on "Hiring Admin Staff!!" in the Top Mud Sites Advertising for Staff forum : I'm in need of one person who can handle the job of a senior administrator. We're on a modified ROM codebase, due to open in a month or so to a 50+ playerbase, and I need someone who is mature, familiar with ROM, as well as hiring practices and overseeing builders, projects.
