This is a discussion on "Looking to develop an RPI" in the Top Mud Sites Advertising for Staff forum : I'm looking to develop a RPI of my own. Recently, I've been recording my ideas --concerning gameplay and storylines alike-- and trying to organize, link them and add on. I am interested in untraditional concepts in the fantasy genre like Philip Pullman's His Dark Materials series, in addition to the whimisical and romantic themes in such works by Hayao Miyazaki (Spirited Away, Princess Mononoke, etc). In addition, I am interested creating a fully interactive and realistic fantasy world and gameplay that may encourage roleplaying. Unfortunately, I lack the capacity to code. I'm looking to develop a RPI of my own. Recently, I've been recording my ideas --concerning gameplay and storylines alike-- and trying to organize, link them and add on.
