This is a discussion on "Looking for enthusiastic staff" in the Top Mud Sites Advertising for Staff forum : Hey everyone, My friend and I have played quite a few reality-themed, modern-day MOOs and have recently grown tired of the way the current ones are administered. Thus, we have decided to create our own. We're currently in the early- to mid-coding stage and are looking for builders, coders, and player-relations staff. We will be operating in a pure-rp environment as opposed to one stifled by the limitations of a combat system. Looking for enthusiastic staff
Hey everyone,
My friend and I have played quite a few reality-themed, modern-day MOOs and have recently grown tired of the way the current ones are administered. Thus, we have decided to create our own. We're currently in the early- to mid-coding stage and are looking for builders, coders, and player-relations staff. We will be operating in a pure-rp environment as opposed to one stifled by the limitations of a combat system. While combat systems are great for fantasy and medieval games, from my experience, they simply do not work in reality games. As such, we are looking for RP Judges to ensure fair roleplay throughout the game, as well. It sounds like a great idea for a _really_ hardcore RP type of game- though I think this thread might find better/more response in the "Advertising for Staff" forum..
