Many of you may remember 20 years ago a game (released originally on the MAC) called "The Fools Errand". It was game that followed the trials of a fool as he sought riches. Each chapter was a small puzzle.. some absolutly inspired.. each of the puzzles gave a jigsaw piece, which you put together and then this created a "meta puzzle".

It was completely original, and I urge anyone who has not played it to stick it on their pc for rainy days.. when completed you will sit back and feel a moment of pure Zen (dont cheat!). The first one is FREE from his site (worth playing on the Apple Emulator as it looks gorgeous.. though a DOS version is there)

Well 20 years on.. HE HAS DONE THE SEQUEL! and it is in the final phase of testing.

Holy CRAP I just wet my pants I am so excited :-)

Believe me, I have been playing games since "3d Monster Maze" on the ZX81, Pong on the Atari, and nothing has lodged itself in my memories more than this diamond.

Just playing the demo... just as twisted and tough as ever.

However it really is that good
