I added my resource site to the listings, but it don't show up anywhere.   It's got 1 vote and it's not a mud so I didn't expect it to show in the database.

How long ago was it? You might give it a few hours or mebbe a full day, Synozeer might need to update it himself, or the site might need to automatically 'refresh' itself before things like that come up permanently.

But, someone else could probably give you a beter answer, as I know nothing on the subject. Just speculation.....

It wouldn't be unprecedented- I think that at least two sites that weren't actually muds have made it into the rankings at one point or another (probably no more recently than 2001 or so). Some mud help site and one that collected PK logs.

Ah I see..err I think.  I misunderstood that it would show up on the site somewhere as a resource, you know, like at the other muddish sites.  I should probably just remove the link and entry as I'm not interested in the contest thing.

Well, except that you access their rankings through the combobox for Group|Resources. That way, they don't have to compete with Aardwolf and Achaea

Sorry, I must have been sleep deprived.  This is not the only stupid message I've posted on a board in the last 24 hours.  LOL, well I mean outside the hundreds of other "intentionally" inane postings.

I was just going around adding my mud developers resource wiki to various other muddish community sites, and got confused is all.   I'm not competing for traffic bucks, players, and didn't want to enter a contest.  Err...ah..nevermind... Sorry I didn't grok the porpoise of this site.

Best suggestion I can give is to list it in dmoz, google, and the yahoo directory so it ranks a bit higher when people google for stuff.
