It is, of course, a float (Not like the drink.) for a company that is trying to rival Legos called Cylindros (It's main building is in California). It's a giant replica of one of their favorite new additions to the line of Zoo-Animals. (Not to be mistaken for the spider-monkey found in their Domestic-Animals line.)

It is titled, simply, Barrel Man. Some junk artist stuck it out on the side of the road. Not very interesting story... but it looks cool

Someones about to get stabbed with many spikes in a painful fashion...Oh, wait, that's just a metal figurine.

So, it's a waste of time and money. It's something Bill Gates hired a bunch of people to build up as a monument celebrating his backyard.
