This is a discussion on "Second Life Lawsuit - Copyright infringement in game." in the Top Mud Sites Legal Issues forum : Just read this post over at Techcrunch: Second Life Copyright Infringement Claim Heads To Court Basically, a second life user created in game "sex beds" for sale. Another user copied them and also sold them in game. First user is suing second user for copyright infringement. As most MUDs allow some kind of player created items or crafting, this could be one worth watching.... |

Just read this post over at Techcrunch: Second Life Copyright Infringement Claim Heads To Court
Basically, a second life user created in game "sex beds" for sale. Another user copied them and also sold them in game. First user is suing second user for copyright infringement. As most MUDs allow some kind of player created items or crafting, this could be one worth watching. |
