I really don't have any problem with the fact that the issue is so delayed... They tried to do something cool and it didn't go as planned, it's unfortunate but stuff happens. My only concern is with the lack of available info, I'd appreciate knowing where we are at this point and whatnot, that's all. In any case, I emailed them, explaining I just wanted an update, if I get anything useful I will post it here.

Anyone had any luck being able to contact these people? I've been trying to contact them by email now for a week and have yet to get any kind of response. Fed up would hardly begin to describe where I sit with this now.....

It is pretty lame that they wont respond to anyone. It cannot have anything to do with receiving too many requests for status, as I am sure that they'd post something publically if that were the case. It genuinely looks like they're just ignoring everyone (or at least everyone I've spoken to or heard from).

No doubt in the same place mine and everyone elses is. Some pile on the floor of a building - or worse - not even in existence yet. Since nobody has a clue at all what's going on at that place anymore.

Everytime this subject gets bumped to the front page by someone it shocks me equally.

I still cannot believe that the creators of this magazine have so BRAZENLY stolen 25% of everyone's subscription.

WAHOOO after about 6 monts of me emailing them (since august) they finally ackknowedged the rescieved my money via pay pal maybe this is a good sign

That's great. I'd contact PayPal though and inform them of the fraud that's being committed. These guys should NOT have the ability to accept money, and if a few people complain, they no longer will.

Been there, did that. No acknowledgement of the issue from Paypal aside from a note at the end of the complaint proceedure indicating they won't investigate because the purchase is older than 30 days. Nice little racket the magazine has going here I'd say.

And they cannot even be bothered to give any sort of "progress report" on these forums to their customers.
