This is a discussion on "OTHERSPACE: Twink Amnesty Day, May 26" in the Top Mud Sites MUD Announcements forum : On Sunday, May 26, at 3 p.m. EST, we will kick off the first OtherSpace Twink Amnesty Day. If you've ever been kicked off, banned, sitelocked or otherwise exiled from the realm of OtherSpace during the past four years, this is a chance to come back for another shot. We recognize that sometimes players once known as twinks can actually rehabilitate, get such behavior out of their systems and evolve into good players. On Sunday, May 26, at 3 p.m. EST, we will kick off the first OtherSpace Twink Amnesty Day.
If you've ever been kicked off, banned, sitelocked or otherwise exiled from the realm of OtherSpace during the past four years, this is a chance to come back for another shot. We recognize that sometimes players once known as twinks can actually rehabilitate, get such behavior out of their systems and evolve into good players. Amnesty doesn't mean you get a clean slate off the bat. It means you have a chance to meet with staffers in the OtherSpace conference center and pitch your reasons for a return - including an indication that you've turned yourself around as a player. If you persuade the staff that you deserve another chance, THEN the slate gets wiped and you start fresh. This is the start of what I hope will become an annual tradition at OtherSpace.
