For those who wish to note they will be attending MUD-Con III, you may do so now. I have added the link to the main MUD-Con page. For those who wish to go to it directly, you may do so here.

Please note, reservations are not required. They're simply a way of letting people know you will be attending. It is, more or less, simply a show of support.

I read through the Mud-Con pages, though perhaps I am misunderstanding what Mud Con is all about.

If you are having a meet and greet this month, wouldn't it be a good idea to post dates, location, etc?

Or is this an online thing, not a real life thing.

When I read "CON" and "meet and greet" it sounds like an actual convention/meeting.

Well, first of all, it is MUD-Con. And no, I am not just being anal about the name... there are other events called MudCons, mud cons, etc. and so on. Please refer to it by the proper name, or just call it the event, that way there can be no confusion as to exactly what event you are speaking of. I appreciate it.

As for what it is, it is an online event. Since this has been going for nearly a year now, and every event I state in a few of the announcements that it is an online event, I don't generally think it is necessary to restate it. On the subject of 'Meet and Greet' well... that is the name Ntanel gave to his event. I agree, Meet and Greet does sound like a personal meeting, as opposed to an online one. A convention, however, is not so limited.

Added a mention on the main page about it. Thanks.

Well that clears it up.

Good idea adding to the info page that it is an online event.

I only sporadically have time to read the forums thus I only saw mention of this when it happened to be on the front page of TMS.

I had never even heard of it until then.

*nod* Well, I run one every four months or so. MUD-Con IV will mark the end of our first year.

It's open to anyone and everyone, so hopefully I'll see a lot of people there.
