Remember, today at 3 p.m. Eastern we'll hold an OtherSpace trivia contest in the Tavern of Dreams as a kickoff of the 7th anniversary celebration. All trivia questions will be drawn from material contained in OtherSpace: Red-Eye Flight. You don't necessarily have to have read the book to get the most questions right - but it doesn't hurt. If you plan to participate in the contest, please @mail Brody in-game before 3 p.m. Participants will +taskroll their Reaction at 0 each round to determine who gets a chance to answer first. There will be 20 questions. The participant who answers the most questions wins a $20 Amazon.com gift certificate (not $10, as previously advertised).

I wonder what she'll (it is a she, right? Isn't Mika a girls name?) buy with that twenty dollars. I'd buy one of those Fallout two-in-one packs with Fallouts one and two for about four bucks. That's a pretty good buy right there. Then I could buy something else to go along, like a book or something. I'd buy "Everything Bad is Good for You" by Steven Johnson for about sixteen bucks, then I'd have TWO games, AND a justification for buying those same games in one simple package for only twenty bucks. I still can't believe there were only three players, it seems like more people would come for a chance to win FREE MONEY.

Yeah. I was disappointed by the turnout too. But, hey, what can ya do? She earned it! Those were some tough questions.

Got any examples of the questions? I don't know much about Otherspace, but if I was a player I'd have entered the contest.
