This is a discussion on "Threshold 2008 New Year Celebration" in the Top Mud Sites MUD Announcements forum : We are doing a number of things that should make January an exciting month on Threshold. 1) Registration Special: Double ThreshCredits for registrations that come with ThreshCredits, and anyone who spends a total of $100 or more this month (excluding register services) will receive a free boon (help boons). [For people unfamiliar with Threshold, a boon basically gives you a free death with no penalties.] 2) Kleiburn Event: Saturday, January 12, 9:30 pm EST. ThreshCredits can be spent as orb. Threshold 2008 New Year Celebration
We are doing a number of things that should make January an exciting month on Threshold.
1) Registration Special: Double ThreshCredits for registrations that come with ThreshCredits, and anyone who spends a total of $100 or more this month (excluding register services) will receive a free boon (help boons). The Kleiburn event is a party and auction of unique items and gear that has always been very popular on Threshold. 3) Double Use of the Crucible: We will reset the crucible timer later this month. This means you can make *two* items RP Storeable this month if you would like to. 4) Double XP Weekend: Fri (12:00am) to Sun 11:59pm (EST), January 18-20 will be double xp! 5) STEA will be running a lot of events this month so watch the calendar!
