Calling all chefs and hobbyists! Primordiax is hosting its first event. We would like you to design a recipe that other chefs in the realm can learn. To enter, please submit a recipe using the following criteria to milawe@frogdice.com.

I am proud to announce the winners of our first Primordium Chef Contest. We had a large number of entries which was absolutely wonderful for our first contest. There will be many more in the near future. Primordiax is designed to support an enormous amount of player created permanent content that can affect and add to the game world.


1st Place - Falcom of Troj, and his fried silverfish eggs.

fried silverfish eggs Once the living egg sack of a giant insect, this concoction has been lightly floured, deep fried, and seasoned to perfection. The crispy, golden brown shell of batter is just thin enough to barely make out the motion of tiny clusters of eggs within, floating in a thick, syrupy liquid. Taking excellent advantage of a natural bounty, the crispiness of the fried batter is accentuated by the additional crunch of the eggs inside, while the warm, liquid center provides a textural contrast. Ingredients: silverfish eggs, straight flour, possibly an herb (something peppery)

2nd Place - Lhuvy of Troj, and her mellifluous moouse.

chocolate raspberry mousse Thick, creamy chocolate mousse is layered with plump, juicy raspberries in a parchment cup. Topping the delectable dessert is a dollop of honey-sweetened whipping cream. With succulent red berries, dark chocolate and snowy cream, the mousse tempts and tantalizes both the eyes and the taste buds. The small parchment cup is three thums wide and only two tall, providing a modest serving of the rich treat. A small wooden spoon is partially sunk into the mousse and offers a convenient way to enjoy the dessert. Ingredients: raspberries, chocolate, cream, honey

3rd Place - Wonatu of Askagard, and his wonder wrap.

wonder wrap A large, fresh hand made tortilla serves as the base of this tasty treat. Ground beef and finely chopped balancok have been slow cooked in Wonatu's secret spice concoction and sit on top of a pile of fluffy scrambled eggs. A small handful of onions and cheese are placed on top of meaty sauce, then the tortilla is rolled and tucked carefully for ease of use and storage.
