I was recently contacted by the creator of Saeven's Zone Maker. It is supposed to be configurable to different muds. The owner is looking for testing and feedback. The main page for SZM is located at Saeven's Zone Maker There is a forum associated with it at: http://www.saeven.net/forum/viewtopic.php?p=15#15.
