This is a discussion on "Foundation MUD" in the Top Mud Sites MUD Builders and Areas forum : Hello uh.....builders. I'm a bit new on the building scene. Rather, I haven't even started bulding a MUD yet. I hope to build one based on the Foundation series of books by Isaac Asimov. The MUD will be set after the events of Second Foundation yet before the events of Foundation's Edge. I want a bit of information about different codes ect. that will give me ideas on what the really build. I would like some builders to maybe email at red_dragon893@yahoo.com (I think it may already be displayed) for ideas and maybe helping ... |

Posting it here is OK, but I may not be able to check it as often. One last thing. I would really prefer builders who have read at least the main Foundation Trilogy (Foundation, Foundation and Empire, Second Foundation). It's ok if you have not read any of them, but I will not be able to accept anyone who has not read it untill it is actually being built.

I've said for a long, long time that a MUD based on Foundation would be a great idea (Asimov's original three books being amongst my favorites of all time). Good luck with the project.
