Looks promising, although it doesn't render properly under mozilla. I suspect the html was designed in Frontpage or some such travesty which uses absolute positioning.
[edit] Okay, looking at the source, it's not that, but the PHP menu that gets floated in there. It floats over some of the text in Mozilla 1.7.2 on Linux |

It was developed using the free 1st Page editor under Windows. It renders fine for IE, but I see the problem under Foxfire.
