A group of us have been looking around for a new mud engine to transfer our work too. We've been having troubles with our combat system and just can't seem to get it right. It's not due to the lack of expertise, it's because the combat system is much more unique than what we are use to.
Anyhow, we have made the decision after a long hiatus to start fresh. Using Perl was suggested or SMAUG. Yet, someone in the group mentioned the AIME engine. Has anyone dealt with it before? Below is the link to their info: AIME Engine We have been testing it for a few weeks, but I realize others may have been where we are headed. I'd like some genuine feedback before we proceed any further. Thanks ps - I'm not an expert coder just a damn good builder. |
