This is a discussion on "Damsels In Distress, In Need of a Decent Coder" in the Top Mud Sites MUD Coding forum : To Whoever Is Reading This: Alas, me and my friend are attempting to run a M.U.D. and, originally - we had coders, or people who told us they'd help yet, when it actually came down to doing we were disappointed (to say the least) to find that no one was actually about to. We thought long and hard about actually posting for aid on forums and what the dangers might be, but we do intend on attempting to do a 'one month' deal like I saw on other posts, and we decided that since our M.U.D. ... |

To Whoever Is Reading This:
Alas, me and my friend are attempting to run a M.U.D. and, originally - we had coders, or people who told us they'd help yet, when it actually came down to doing we were disappointed (to say the least) to find that no one was actually about to. We thought long and hard about actually posting for aid on forums and what the dangers might be, but we do intend on attempting to do a 'one month' deal like I saw on other posts, and we decided that since our M.U.D. is on iflipout, a free server and it's a codebase that's not underly acessable, that we'd take the risk... Although with a heavy heart I admit that. If anyone can help us, it'd be greatly appreciated and we'd be more than happy to accept it. Thank You, -Sadira |
