This is a discussion on "Coding" in the Top Mud Sites MUD Coding forum : Hi. I've been wanting to build my own MUD for awhile now, and was wondering if anyone knew of any websites that may get me started? I know it takes years and I won't be able to build one for another couple years or so anyways, but I was just wondering if there was something out there to get me started? Thanks.... |

Probably best source, if you're going to base your mud off some older codebase, will be home of that codebase - or try searching in google or something like diku, tinymud, whatever else..
Such sites will most certainly have some general clues as well, so might just as well try that! |
