| Xyllomer exists since 1991 and is run its own machine. It offers a huge, complex world in a fantasy setting, where roleplay is strongly emphasized. We don't have any global channels or shouts, but a number of other ways for characters to communicate with each other worldwide with the help of abilities or items which can be acquired in the game. There is a wide variety of guilds, player-owned houses and ships, and it is entirely up to you if you partake in the constant struggle of the 'good' vs. the 'dark' side, thus risking your life in the hope your god may protect you - or if you prefer to stand aside and dedicate your time to music and beer, peacefully study the arcane art of magic or train your mind until you are in perfect control of your body. The world governs itself through the players, which elect judges, create the law and live the role. Playerkilling is unrestricted, as long as the fun of all involved parties is kept in mind, excessive playerkilling is unwanted. Other availlable features include a complex trading system and a forging system for creating individualized armours and weapons. An additional crafting system is in development. The world is large enough to keep explorers happy with finding new places for years. Also, you never know when a new path will be discovered, leading into unknown areas.
