| A civil war burns throughout the galaxy. The Rebel Alliance has risen from beneath the dark shadow of the evil Galactic Empire. Imperial forces have instituted a reign of immense terror among the people. Every weapon in the Empire's arsenal has been turned upon the Rebellion and its allies. The Empire's vast space fleets and overwhelming armies have created a sense of fear throughout the galaxy. Though being outnumbered and outgunned, the Rebellion continues to expand across the galaxy. Their efforts to weaken the Empire advance. Courage continues to build, and faith in the Force creates a new reason for hope. All the while, other autonomous groups (consisting of guilds, corporations, and crime syndicates) battle for control of their own power and wealth. |
