| Cleft of Dimensions - MUD Description | |
| The Cleft of Dimensions has existed as the ever-present space between worlds. In Final Fantasy 5, Gilgamesh was banished to the cleft by Exdeath, and in Final Fantasy 8, Odin's sword Ragnarok slipped into his hands. Using the Ragnarok, Gilgamesh cut through the fabric of the Cleft of Dimensions and was able to travel freely through it. His actions tore the fabric of space-time, causing cosmic disturbances. Portions of various dimensions fall through and into the cleft in chaotic fashion. The worlds of Final Fantasy, Seiken Densetsu, Earthbound, Mario RPG, Infocom, and many other RPGs combine in the Cleft of Dimensions, a world populated by creatures from video games and anime. With a wide background, there is something for every wannabe adventurer in the Cleft of Dimensions! The Cleft of Dimensions has undergone some much anticipated expansion recently. Areas have been added, code has been purged of stupid bugs, and several chapters in the storyline have been added. For a relatively small mud, we have an active roleplaying base, whose activities are recorded on the website. Anyway, no matter what kind of gamer you are, we hope to see you in the Cleft! |
