All lands and landforms within the borders of this island fall under King Rygor's most just and fair reign. Within the realm, all laws are punishable by the joint Council of Elders. Murder, transport of contraband, thievery and rogue activities are punished accordingly, and the Royal Guard is justified in whatever force it may use to enforce these laws." A wax symbol at the end of the letter bears the royal seal. |
