This is a discussion on "Roman Era Mush" in the Top Mud Sites Newbie Help forum : I know this is for mostly MUD's but I don't know where else to look. I'm in search of a MUSH (as I'm very RP oriented and not so much the combat) that is based around the Roman era or something similar. If anyone can give me a suggestion if they know one, I'd be very appreciative.... |

Re: Roman Era Mush
Take a look at The Eternal City.
From what I remember, and it's been awhile, it's a fantasy world that's very similar in theme and setting to Rome. I dunno about the roleplaying there, but you might take a look. There was an RPI in the works, Mythic Shores possibly? It had Greek and Roman themes. Forget that, though, and play Armageddon instead. The RP there is tops. (Come on. I -HAD- to throw in my own chosen game's plug, didn't I? ) |

Re: Roman Era Mush
Well, for a mush you probably could look at Firan.

Re: Roman Era Mush
yes, firanmux is definitely an excellent mush.. but its setting is 'greco-roman' rather than roman. you can take control of one of the well-detailed, pre made characters or simply request to make a new char..
