Anyone know where I can find some ideas of how to add an apprehend skill to my mud to where the Justices send guards after someone who is wanted but they only stun then and trans them to a certain room. Also, i don't want the guards to kill anyone, i just want them to stun and trans them somewhere...any ideas?

we have that skill on Abandoned Realms.. and the cabal is even called Justice strangely enough.. anyways

for apprehend:

1) do a for loop through the room to make sure that the justice's special guard is here, you'll need to save him for later

2) for loop again, this time look for a criminal

3) make the guard attack the criminal

see, simple.

if you want the character to go to jail instead of die, this is way more easy than coding this.. just check in raw_kill.. interrupt that function with the transfer code
