I'm new. I got into MUDs when I stubbled across a MUD site awhile ago. I forget the name of the site becuase soon after I was on a Runescape (Now a site that I don't like) kick. I also am into fourm-based RPGs

I'd love to hear about what you enjoyed about Runescape when you still enjoyed it. It's extreme popularity (over 100,000 simultaneous users at times) is somewhat hard to understand sometimes, but obviously there's a reason so many people are playing it.

I don't understand why you would pay monthly for something you could pay a one time fee for and get a much better quality product. But hey, what do I know.
