I will not sit here and write that I simply need coders, or that my MUD will be the greatest, so forth and so on, simply because everyone says this.  

Instead, what I will say is that I am looking for someone extremely versed in code, beginners need not apply, that will help me to create a completely original world the likes of which has not been seen.

I do not expect many to respond, and for those that do, I doubt you will be qualified to do what I need done.  But if that one special coder that I am looking for is out there, then this will be a beautiful beginning.
