Just to head off any questions/concerns about the validity of our MUD (Turning Point MUD) being in the Top 10, I want to reference the on our forums which is where we've mandated the players obey the rules of Top MUD Sites.

If the administrator of TMS provides me with any IP address/range of IP addresses of anyone running our vote tally up, I will deny any characters from those IP ranges immediately.

Just didn't want this to become a large conspiracy theory like last time.
