Star Wars - Dawn of a New Age opening tomorrow!
 

You may recall nearly two years ago Star Wars - Shattered Equinox closed for refurbishment. A year later it reopened for Beta testing as SW Dawn of a New Age (DNA). This year, on the 9th of February 2012 at 2100 GMT DNA will open for gameplay.

What can you expect? A complete and utter rewrite of ALL the major game systems, areas and management. We have for all intensive purposes wiped the slate clean and started again.

How will the game work? We will initially be running scenario based gameplay. Starting on the 9th of Feb we will be hosting a space orientated drama that you can jump straight into and play out. This will form the initial scenario in a campaign stretching across the Galaxy and telling the tale of the Rebel Alliance's battle against The Empire. The outcome of every scenario will directly affect the state of the Galaxy and what happens next. Scenarios or Episodes will run fortnightly and as they progress they will introduce the new game mechanics.

How do you get involved? Come and join us for Epsiode 1, involving a daring raid by The Alliance. The game is currently unlocked and open to allow you to create a character and get to grips with the various new mechanics prior to release. Any characters created before the start of the event will be gifted with free experience, additional levels and free entry into the Empire or Alliance.
