TMS Kudos

This has probably been said elsewhere (and if not, it certainly should have), so if some enterprising moderator feels like they must move it, I will certainly understand.

I'd like to express my appreciation to Lasher and team for their dedication to TopMudSites. Places like this act as common meeting grounds for an uncommon and oft-fragmented group of individuals. Thank you for providing one that is well-tended and cared for.

I've been a little too busy with work to adequately help out around here the last couple of weeks, BUT...I second the kudos for Lasher and I'm pleased to see the team (and the members) working to revitalize TMS!

Good thread and even better sentiment.

TMS has not had this level of active development for quite some time.

Adam did a great job getting it started, and Lasher is doing a marvellous job taking it forward in new directions. The amount of work he has put in is VERY noticeable and greatly appreciated.

Thanks Lasher!

I... fourth (?) that sentiment. I've definitely noticed a huge difference, and I feel a lot more freedom to post here than on other sites, simply because I can expect others in the discussion to participate intelligently and politely. I also think it's great that the moderators take part in discussions as regular individuals, rather than a kind of "I am Thor! Fear my wrath!" feeling that occurs on many forums (and in games too) when moderators are seen.

PH33R T3H M0D5!

Umm...

Moderators taking part in discussions like normal people? Surely not? :p

Lasher deserves the vast bulk of the credit for working on the site and deciding to clear up what the moderating team can and can't do. If we've scared away the trolls, it's down to him.
