For more than two millennia, humanity was but the plaything of archaic alien races more powerful than imagination. Our constant struggle and toil bringing nothing but fruitlessness as accomplishments were swept away in the tide of alien manipulations and interference. The Kamir, the Il’Ri’Kamm Hive mind, the Kretonians, the Thul, and the Centaurans; all worked against human achievement and security.
