Introduction
 

Greetings!

After lurking for quite awhile ( I even lurked on the MUD newsgroups back in the Usenet days ), I decided to come out of lurker mode and have my voice be heard from time to time. I am a long time text mudder, been playing MUDs continually since '94, hence my screen name;)

I've read how the majority of posters on TMS are MUD developers and staff members and others have noted how few pure players seem to post on the forums. So here I am!

Welcome Lurker94. I lurked on rec.games.mud.* back then too.

I think '94 is also when I started playing MUDs, perhaps '93 - it was an LP Mud called Valhalla I found using Gopher. In terms of the internet, things sure have changed since then ... as you can see, MUD discussions haven't changed a whole lot :)
