Polls & Time-Stamps

For some reason if you vote in a pol it updates the post in the "Latest Threads" and on the page for the forum in question, ie. navigate to:

Take a look at the timestamp for the thread entitled "A poll about your play habits". It states the most recent post was by 10:12 yet if you vote in the post it will update the time stamp saying he posted again.

I'm fairly certain that is intended behaviour in vB.
