Is there a place around here where people go to whine and complain about whatever MUD for whatever reason? If not here, then where is another place?

I think the closest category we have on TMS is Tavern of the Blue Hand, since you can post pretty much anything in there that doesn't belong in one of the other categories.

Generally you're far better off deciding what it is about said MUD which you feel you need to whine about, consider how it might be improved, and post a constructive criticisms on that MUDs own forums (if they have them). Whining never really makes you popular even if it is nice to vent some steam, whereas a constructive post could actually improve things if you go about it the right way.
