Star Wars: Galactic Insights; From a Player's Standard
 

Greetings, ladies and gentlemen! Of every Star Wars Reality MUD I 've visited, none have parred with Galactic Insights on every level. I speak, because Star Wars Galactic Insights offers a living world where one may be of more than twenty species, participate in one of four clans, and even get hired by several of many corporations! Additional features one may admire include more than two hundred skills, a recent housing upgrade, and even several in-game minigames such as lazer tag, freeze tag, and Horde! However, we cannot be complacent with our current member level, for we are in a periodic "member drop." We have the best administration and infrastructure; we only need /you/, the people of the MUD community, to pitch in and enjoy what we have to offer. Star Wars Galactic Insights is the best MUD I have ever joined in 2008, and therefore the writer hereby encourages the reader to join SW:GI now at swgi.org:8060 for lasting roleplays, memories, and friendships! Only you, the respectable people, can shape the future of SW:GI today.

While I would obviously like to agree with the OP, I'm afraid I cannot. Galactic Insights is run by a despotic admin, Banner, who is a terrible coder and chooses to insult those who were at times trying to help him. I myself was an admin and the Emperor, but was removed for 'avoiding RP', despite the fact I was either running away ICly, or was off to bed (I am English and the majority of the MUD was American). The head builder was removed simply for disagreeing with Banner.

All in all, I'd say steer well clear of GI, its terrible admin and the stagnating pbase. There are much better SWRs out there.

Not sure that was called for. He is afterall just advertising for players, not asking for opinions on the game or admin. Perhaps in another thread it could be argued.
